Должностные обязанности
• Manage corporate Herbalife ecommerce platform, legacy websites and distributor webbased or mobile solutions in the Country
• Evaluate user experience, customer journey and propose, estimate, justify and implement new features, enhancements, creation and implementation, processes optimization;
• Regular performance reporting for all digital tools using Google, Yandex, local or corporate tools and raw data analysis to superiors, EM Digital team, other stakeholders
• Digital product ownership from concept throughout the complete life cycle including but not limited to user support, stakeholder communication, progress reporting
• Contribute to the development of existing digital products of the company (revision, technical support, etc.)
• Briefing of the agencies and IT partners, reviewing of the timing, scope and cost for the works
• Support Herbalife product launches, events, campaigns with timely creation of landings, features, content
• Support all possible corporate cross-functional projects, in which digital products might be part of
• Monitor SEO indicators, semantic core management and search engine optimization, implementation of SEO strategy with agencies
• Market analysis, including comparative analysis of competitors' digital products
• Initiate user research to define the end user needs and problem statement to be able to promote best solution approach to the stakeholders, implement, learn and cultivate CustDev approach to improve CSI metrics
• Define and analyze key product metrics in order to provide and monitor performance of the products throughout the life cycle and being able to act depending on the changes in metrics aiming to support company strategic goals
• Convert user needs into workable requirement documentation, user stories with which a development team can develop and implement the changes / enhancements / bugs
• Support incident management process, analyze incidents and inquiries from users and convert into requirements for changes, bug-fixing, implementation of new features
• Support and control release practice and process, increase transparency of the process, optimize the process
• Ensure implementation of all cybersecurity or/and privacy inquiries from global or local teams
• Maintain relationship with vendors / contractors, ensuring the policies are followed when reviewing quotes and negotiating contracts. Handle all inquiries and requests from and towards vendors
• Consult with countries within the Eurasian Markets region regarding existing and new software products, provide support and training when required
