History

1948

The Birth of an Industry

In the USA, lawyers Elmer Winter and Aaron Scheinfeld were solving an urgent task and could not find a temporary employee. Faced with a gap in the market, they created a solution—the company Manpower. This is how an entire industry was founded, built on the idea of helping businesses in any situation.
1994

We are in Russia

We opened our first office in Moscow, becoming one of the pioneers of international HR consulting in the new Russia. We brought global standards with us and began writing our own history of trust in the local market. Launch of Recruitment services — we started with the most important thing: searching and selecting the best talents for our clients.
1995

Expansion into the Cultural Capital

The opening of an office in St. Petersburg confirmed our serious approach and the growing demand for quality HR services in the country's largest business centers.
1998

Flexible Business Solutions

The launch of Outstaffing services allowed us to offer clients modern and efficient personnel utilization models, ensuring flexibility and reducing administrative burden.

In the Heart of the Industrial Cluster

The opening of an office in Novomoskovsk was a strategic step for developing partnerships with key industrial enterprises in the region.

A Year of Triple Growth

Our geography expanded powerfully: we entered Samara and Volgograd, strengthening our presence in the Volga region, and also entered the CIS markets by opening offices in Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Minsk (Belarus). This was the year of our establishment as a regional leader.

Mastering the Urals and Central Russia

New offices in Yekaterinburg and Kaluga allowed us to work more effectively with clients in the most important industrial and logistics centers of the country.

Movement to the East

The opening of offices in Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod strengthened our presence in strategically important regions, completing the formation of a wide federal network.

Innovation in Outsourcing

The launch of the TBO (Target Based Outsourcing) service was a response to the market's need for comprehensive business process management focused on a specific, measurable result.
2014

Legalization and Confidence

Accreditation from Rostrud as a private employment agency confirmed our impeccable work standards. In accordance with new legislation, we transitioned to providing the Labor Provision service, ensuring maximum legal protection for all parties.

The launch of Occupational Health and Safety services allowed us to offer clients comprehensive solutions for ensuring safety and compliance with labor legislation norms.
2017

Partnership in Recruitment

The launch of the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service took our cooperation with clients to a new level, making us full partners in managing their personnel selection processes.
2022

A New Era of Independence

The Russian, Belarusian, and Kazakh divisions left ManpowerGroup and fully came under the management of Russian leadership. This move proved our maturity, flexibility, and unwavering commitment to clients and candidates in the new realities.
