Personal Data Processing and Storage Policy - Сandidates
1. Personal Data Subject:
An individual (hereinafter – the "Data Subject"), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data," acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, hereby gives their consent to the Operator specified below for the processing of their personal data.
Acceptance of this Consent is deemed to occur upon the provision of the Data Subject's personal data and the placing of a checkmark indicating agreement with the terms of this document on a web page.
The purposes of processing the Data Subject's personal data are: assistance in employment, training, and professional development; and receiving informational newsletters.

Engagement of Third Parties: For the purpose of supporting the Operator's information systems, the processing of the Data Subject's personal data may be entrusted to Individual Entrepreneur Zverev Gleb Leonidovich, 413257, Saratov Region, Krasnokutsky District, Akhmat Village, Yubileynaya St., 18, INN 641700523225.
3. The Personal Data Subject hereby gives consent to the processing of the personal data listed below:
Purpose "Assistance in employment, training, and professional development": last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, as well as data provided by the personal data subject in the resume submitted to the Operator, including, but not limited to: date of birth, gender, citizenship, information on education and qualifications, details of the document confirming the right to reside in the territory of the Russian Federation (for foreign citizens), work permit details (for foreign citizens), information on previous places of work and employment history, information on foreign language proficiency, possession of a driver's license, possession of a car.
Purpose "Receiving informational newsletters": first name and email address.
4. The Personal Data Subject hereby gives consent to the performance of the following actions with their personal data: Processing of personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
The processing of personal data is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools, using methods that ensure the confidentiality of such data, except in the following cases: (1) where personal data is anonymized; (2) with respect to publicly available personal data.
5. Term and Procedure for Withdrawal or Termination of Processing. This Consent remains valid until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved or until this Consent is withdrawn.
The Personal Data Subject may withdraw this Consent by sending a written notice to the Operator at least 30 (Thirty) days prior to the intended date of withdrawal.
The Personal Data Subject agrees that during the periods specified above, the Operator is not obliged to cease processing the personal data or destroy the Personal Data Subject's personal data.
In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in subparagraphs 2–9.1, 11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data."
6. The Data Subject has been informed of the legal consequences of refusing to provide personal data and refusing to give consent to their processing (the impossibility for the Operator to fulfill the purpose specified in Clause 1 of this Consent).
