Basic Management Skills
Duration: 2 days, 3-3.5 hours per day
A two-day training on the management cycle. We study business processes that managers face daily: setting tasks, monitoring their execution, motivating employees, providing feedback, and delegation. Introduction to situational leadership: stages of employee development, management style at each stage. Practice through cases.

Business Writing
Duration: 2-2.5 hours
We study the structure of business letters, rules and errors in business communication, the impact of cultural differences, specifics of communication in messengers and social media. Individual and group practical work, analysis of participants' cases.

Duration: 3 hours
We study the components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy. Participants will learn to recognize their own and others' emotions, work with empathy.

Duration: 2 hours
Conducted in two formats: for managers (identifying and managing burnout in employees) and for line staff (self-diagnosis). Studying stages of burnout, self-diagnosis. Identifying causes, identifying manifestations, and preventing burnout.

Duration: 2.5 hours
Discussion of cross-functional interaction, principled negotiation, qualities of a successful negotiator. Maximizing benefits for the team and business.

Duration: 2.5 hours
Two formats: for managers (giving and receiving feedback from subordinates) and for line staff (peer feedback). Principles and rules of feedback, the "Johari Window" tool, practicing feedback models.
